Hi Guys

Well I hope that you all had a great Christmas and I hope that all my followers have a fantastic 2013!

Sorry about lack of posts the past two weeks but time has just got away from me.

Well I hope that you all got some crafty goodies under the tree from Santa, I received some fab punches and stamps and I also brought myself a Sizzix Big Shot machine which I am looking to forward to playing with so watch this space....

Today's card was made in a bit of a hurry last night for a friends birthday tommorow, I had completely forgotten in the run to Christmas when making Christmas cards to make a birthday card, so I spent last night quickly putting together this easel card, the sentiment and stars on the base are from Anita's outline stickers, the paper and gems were from stash and the image was a découpage topper I had already assembled (cannot remember company sorry).

Well off to do some blog hopping

Happy crafting

I'm off and rolling with an easel card

Hi Guys

Wow can't believe how long its been since my last post! Well today I have a twisted easel card for you. This is the first time that I have made an easel card and I am delighted with the result.

The image was made by doing silk painting and I love the it! I painted it using several shades of purple on the flowers and greens  for the leaves, what the picture does not show clearly (and the close up is not much clearer) is the gold outline, which when it has light on it shimmers and shines, as of yet it has no sentiment as not really sure what occasion I want to give it for. The backing paper was from stash.

Happy Crafting
